Mental Health America of Hawaii, a Cameron Center Resident Agency, with support from the E Ola Hou Prevent Suicide Maui County Task Force, held its 3rd Annual Maui Suicide Prevention Awareness Mini Conference in-person at The King Kamehameha Golf Club. The conference focused on suicide prevention and postvention by educating attendees on tools to use so they know what to look for and how to speak with someone with suicidal ideation and assist families after a suicide. “From Prevention to Postvention, Uniting a Community to Save Lives.”
