A 501(c) (3) tax exempt nonprofit organization, Heritage Hall is a partnership between the Maui Puerto Rican Association and the Portuguese Association of Maui.  Heritage Hall was created to develop and operate two cultural resource centers -- one to representing Maui’s Portuguese community and the other representing Maui’s Puerto Rican community.

Heritage Hall will be built in Paia and will provide residents of the area with a multi-purpose hall available for community use. There will also be space to accommodate at least one nonprofit agency serving the Paia community.

Heritage Hall is temporarily located at the J. Walter Cameron Center while its capital campaign is underway. The Maui Arts and Cultural Center and the Maui Family YMCA were both accomodated at Cameron Center during their capital campaigns.
